Any hints or tips welcome! My 5 year old has severe SPD and loads of allergies which affect his gut. Still in nappies and seems not to feel the sensation of bladder or bowel movements. Feeding therapy has been great for oral hypersensitivity, but what about toilet training where there seems to be hyposensitivity i.e lack of awareness/ sensation?? We're about to start work with a continence nurse, but it's a complex interplay of factors with SPD so any success stories would be good to hear! Thank you!
