Chart for drinking

Hi, our school nurse recently gave us a really good chart showing how much and how often my daughter should drink and use the loo only I've put it somewhere safe and now can't find it!! Does anyone have one?

Sorry to hear you've lost your chart but we can help you with this!! There are lots of handy downloadable charts on this page of our website: eric.org.uk/guides-to-child...

The most relevant one for your daughter is probably going to be the intake/output chart but we also have a drinking and toileting reward charts.
