I thought I was pretty good at classifying what type of poo we had.

Does anyone know what you would clarify a big blob of poo with no shape. Is that a 4? Best way to describe it is like Mr whippy. Sorry if I have put any one of ice cream!!!!

Ha ha! Yes, Mr Whippy is how I always describe it too! Doesn't seem to be an appropriate type for that on the chart! :-)

Spoke to the school nurse today and apparently it Is meant to be a 4 on the Bristol chart. Hope this helps.

I think 4 probably is right as it has a smooth formed surface, although I think the person I spoke to wanted the formation of a sausage for it to be a 4. I guess the most important thing is to record consistently so you can track wetting/soiling etc.

Of course, the real answer for a mr whippy poo has to be 99! 😂
