Penile injections starting to hurt after 4-5 years

I have been using Timax 2 years and Quadmix 2-3 years fairly low doses 10mg just enough for sex 40 minutes about every 3-4 nights.

I rotate the injections left side then right side and feel along the shaft for a bit thats not tender and inject there.

Now I am finding it hurts the needle going in and while injecting leaving a dull pain for 24 hours.

I have tried going off it for 3-4 weeks that did help but a couple weeks and the pain is back.

Has anyone any thoughts?

I am thinking to switch to PT141 combined with viagra that results in quite powerfull erections but does have a nasua side effect.
