glans not swelling??

when using trimix my shaft swells and thickens but my glans/head does not. in addition, the head of my penis is also not very sensitive. any ideas/advice?

Yep...that is the draw back for injectables. The tissue that expands with the injection extends under the head...but it is not the same for the entire head. I have learned to live with what I have given to me at this point. I am alive...I have sex...therefore I am

But a question: have you noticed with that "reduced sensitivity" in that area that it is impossible to experience orgasm during sex with injectables (e.g. trimix)? I have. And that greatly reduces the value of it, as far as I'm concerned. I'm able to help my wife "cross the finish line" quite well in other ways, and if the trimix can't help me experience that moment *with* her, it hardly seems worth it to me.

agree, impossible! it's like the shaft is alive but the head is dead. I have much greater sensitivity when flaccid which seems a waste.
