I wanted to know if anyone on the feed has success treating ED caused by Malignant Hypertension and/ or type 2 diabetes and the treatments there of. Thank God at 73 I have never had cancer but as result of these two ailments and their treatments I am just as impotent. Tried pumps and meds but thus far no help! Thank you in advance

I think maybe you already know the answer. Eat sensibly and hit the gym three times a week. That's what I do at age 73. I think every week at the gym yields another day on this planet. You can do it. There might be a med you haven't tried but it requires injections. Your urologist can provide a prescription for Trimix. Research it.
