ED Penile stimulator- any success

Has anyone tried the Penile Stimulator- route for ED? My Uro tells me I should try this prior to looking at an implant. I have done vacuum therapy as part of my RP post op recovery( U. of Minn RESTORE Program) and used Bi and TriMix until they stopped working at all concentrations, Viagra and Cialis give me terrible reflux for days after with short lived effect

....so running out of options. Anyone tried Penile Stimulator devices? Any success? She recommended Ferticare 2.0 – Medical Vibrator, but at $720 it is an expensive experiment . Anyone know of similar devices at much better prices?. Any point to these really? I get goood nocturnal erections...but not for command performances.
