other than medications and vacuum pumps is there any other treatment that works to restore erectile functioning for someone who had a prostatectomy

There are several variations on the penile implants. They work very well for some guys.

Hi Yarisa,I developed ED Post Prostatectomy in 2004 and, after unsuccessfully trying Viagra, etc., I was implanted with the Coloplast Titan IPP (Inflatable Penile Prosthesis) in 2007.

My Penile Implant completely corrected my ED (Erectile Dysfunction), restored my confidence and still works perfectly!
