I have been suffering from ED for over 5 years now. I am 34 years old. To give a brief background, i had some testicular pain so went to docs who said it might be an infection, took some antibioitcs then a week later i started to notice the lack of reaction lol. Ever since i have not been able to get errections spontaneously. After speaking to several doctors and examinations, tests and consultations what i have been told that it is more a psychological issue. I was prescribed Viagra and i can get an errection while using this . The frustration and problem i have faced is how to overcome this so called psychological cause which i cannot see what it is. When i was younger i used to watch a lot of porn and dated and slept with a lot of girls. This came to a sudden stop a year before all this started.
I am stuck now!

Who knows? I am not a doctor, and most doctors are not trained to deal which psychological based problems.
My advice would be to try to take a “vacation” from sex, and not dwell on this. Perhaps with time your body will return to previous levels of hormone secretions, and your anxiety will drop. Some meds do react on your libido, and time may diminish any negative effects on your ability to have an erection. Having said this, I would be aware of any lumps in the testicles. If they give you problems, or pain, or seem to be getting larger; see a urologist as it may be a sign of some real physical problem.
