Blood pressure meds and can’t stay hard for sex ?

I’m a 26 year old guy. I plan on having sex tomorrow with a really good friend. We’ve tried it about a week ago but I couldn’t stay hard. Im normally more attracted to guys. But she’s trans and I really wanna try experimenting with the female parts. I take toporol for elevated bp. But I really wanna try taking something so that I can stay hard and actually penetrate not to be gross. Is it safe to not take this for a day, and take something like Extenze? Anyone ever do this before? Any advice appreciated

The meds shouldn't give you low BP just normal. Its most likely to be anxiety.

If they are a good friend, say up front you have anxiety and want to do something but can you just kiss and cuddle and whatever and see what happens. I'm sure you can give a lot of pleasure without using your penis and once you are both having fun you will be able to function

I think you should always go with Viagra, they do have some side effect but nothing permanent.

Personally, I would recommend you get a Rx for Sidenifil or Tadalafil (Viagra or Cialis) or one of the newer PDE5 formulations. They are known to be effective and you are not messing with unknown dosages, which may vary, and may interact with other drugs in your drug regimen.
