Seizure triggers differ from person to person, but many people report caffeine as a trigger. It is best to keep a seizure diary to identify your personal triggers. You can download your free seizure diary at epilepsy.org.za/new/uploads.... Persons with epilepsy do not need a special diet but should eat the same healthy food as everybody else. This includes a balance of fresh vegetables, fruit, protein, etc.
