How have ppl dealt with these issues. My doctor has advised to take 150 mg but it makes me feel awful I feel OK on lower doses. Do ppl have any suggestions? I have taken topiramate for 9 years now so I'm unsure of what the next step may be. I've trialled Lamictal and it hasn't worked.
Any feedback is much appreciated!!

I’m not sure how long you’ve been taking 150mg of topiramate, but some people find side-effects such as this lessen with time as their body gets used to the increase in dose.
If you’ve been taking 150mg for a while, or things don’t improve, it would be a good idea to speak to your doctor about this. They may be able to recommend a change to your epilepsy medicine. Sometimes it takes a little bit of trial and error to find the right medicine at the right dose.
