Trying to conceive/fertility treatment support group

I am currently on a trying to conceive sabbatical awaiting a lap for endo before IVF. I am a volunteer for the infertility network UK and run a support group and have set up

mindfulmumatobe.co.uk to share what I have learnt about mindfulness and the mind-body link with others going through the pain of infertility.

Mindful Mumas-to-be London meet up Monday 22nd of April

Join us for an hour-long meditation class in central London at 6.15pm or just come straight to the group meeting at 7.30pm.

Meditation Class:

Experienced meditation teacher Nick Kientsch leads this one hour drop in class. Suitable for people with no prior meditation experience, Nick's gentle and clear tuition will guide us through a series of short meditations.

Start the week by clearing some space in your head, relaxing and energising yourself for the week ahead.

Chairs are available as well as cushions so you can come straight from work without needing a change of clothing. No need to book - just turn up, sit down and relax.

£6 for meditation class (Not run by Mindful Mumas-to-be)

2 tables booked upstairs, informal social to meet others and chat.
