Hi, I did always have diarrhoea around my period, I believe it's due to the hormonal changes that take place (?) I used Loperamide Hydrochloride, available at drug stores and even supermarkets, and found it was very effective. xxx

I always get diarrhoea while on my period. I just spend a lot of time in the bathroom and wait for my body to be rid of it. Good luck xx

Often, if the Endo is near on on your bowel this will create inflammation in that area. Sometimes it helps to use your bowle and some people can have awful pain with bowel movements. I had both!

You can deal to the inflammation with anti-inflammatory meds (codeine etc) but too many of these can cause digestive issues and aren't great for your liver over time.

Magnesium is great for PMS and cramps and Vitamin A is a natural anti-inflammatory for the bowel.

I am bunged up a couple of days beforehand and then have diarrhoea the first two days of my period. It is such a joy isn't it?!
