endo-resolved.com/diet.html This web site is mentioned somewhere else on here. I started looking myself last night and think I'll give it a go. I've read a lot that wheat is our enemy elsewhere. x

I was intending on reading more about endometriosis and diet... focusing on research.. I'll check out the website in more detail soon. I think I have come accross it before. The main research I have seen so far is around the beneficial effects of Omega 3's and the increased incidence of endo associated with red meat.

Also it makes sense to avid phyto oestrogen's...

Also need to do more reading about Dioxins as they are impossible to avoid but some foods contain more than others....

much reading to be done xx

Good luck to anyone trying, exclusion diets are challenging (I gave up wheat for 6 months before...TOUGH!) so I hope you get good results x

I think Endometriosis A key to healing through nutrition by Dian Shepperson Mills and Michael Vernon is really useful. It's a lot to read and take in but it explains in some detail how food affects our health. It helped me to work out where to start (step by step, not eliminating everything at once). You can then start to check out menus, recipes etc
