im not well informed on the rules and regs of this but they really shouldn't be able to sack you for it theres lots of info on the web and if you try the endometriosis youre not alone they have lots of info hope you get sorted and im really sorry that this has happened to you big hugs xxx

Ring ACAS - 08457 47 47 47 as I'm 99% sure they can't do that especially as Endometriosis is one of the diseases listed under the Disability Discrimination Act.

ive spoken to acas and they said they could have breached the equality act. so ill be appealing their decision. Its Bupa who i worked for, they do not look after staff at all!

I lost 3 jobs because of Endo even though is manageable the employee didn't like that I needed every months nearly 5 days off work to get myself back together. Than when I said I'm going through if my than boss said all I care about is IVF and ENDO!! She was pushing me and pushing me into a point I gave up and had to resin. So now thinking to do a small business from home as I would be my own boss and if I just don't feel well I don't need to fee guilty that I suffer with something so painful that I barely walk. xx
