bit of a random thought that appeared into my head but the majority of people who seem to post on here seem to appear to be late teen through to 40's, i may have missed other postings but since being on here, i haven't seen much from anyone in the 50's and over - so it set me wondering do these endo symptoms start to deminish in later years, when natural menopause is setting in? i'm sorry if i am being dim, haha. xxx

I've thought about this too - whether after the menopause it diminishes. I hope someone can tell us!

Endometriosis should improve with the menopause which is why people are offered the injections which temporarily switch your ovaries off as with hysterectomies.
