Contraceptives, Nut allergy & endo

Hello, I need some advice as I’m feeling abit defeated. I’ve tired most of the contraceptives going over the last year and a lot of them haven’t helped with my symptoms, which I’m still waiting to be seen by a gynaecologist, but I’ve also run into the issue that some pills I cannot take due to my nut allergy. I’m getting absolutely no where with the doctors who are just pushing me for the coil, and today had prescribed me a combined pill that I cannot take because of my allergy.

Has anyone with the same issue managed to find anything that helped??

I’ve been on the injection & the patch so far with no luck on either.

Ask them about Cerazette, it’s a progesterone only pill, good for endo and nut free x
