Hot and horrible pain in lower back

I am writing this because I have this bad pain in my lower body all the time no painkillers is helping me.since yesterday it is so horrible, shocking that I can't move myself, I took brufin and pregaballin but don't know what to say. If I go to emergency hospital nearby I have been asked to call the hospital where I had surgery as they have my records and been sent home without any thing, if I go to gp being told that I have to ring them and ask about my treatment plan. I feel bad and embarrassed about myself as everyone just talk behind me that I go there just to get my treatment quickly which is and never was true. My husband left me as the carer assessment decided to make him my carer due to which he was upset about his low income, he left me and started living away because he doesn't want to loose his work .My daughter is in her teenage and like other kids she doesn't want to take my responsibility and don't care about me anymore. I am alone now suffering with this pain all the time and waiting for call appointments being booked and cancelled by themselves. I have stopped calling and asking everyone to help out but inside I am dying slowly. This will be my last message here if anyone can help me. Kamna Kumari
