sorry for rant but I’m feeling so fed up i had a appointment May with the endo team in my hospital they was sending me for a urgent MRI then I was going to be on the waiting list for excision surgery I had the mri done and got my results from the nhs app but haven’t heard from anyone about it, I was due to be seen in the next 3 months, i’ve been calling up every day and been told that someone will call me no one did then I got given an email address which I’ve been emailing none stop and had nothing back i called back up today and have been told that the receptionist never booked my follow up appointment and the next available appointment is February next year I’m so frustrated my pain is just getting worse and worse! it’s really affecting me mentally I thought that I had my appointment coming up this month and it was the only thing keeping me together tbh I don’t know what to do now I’m just physically and mentally drained

definitely contact PALS about this you shouldn’t be left suffering due to someone else’s mistake x

Aa others say contact pals and put in a complaint, my friend did this for a different health issue, and they got her an appointment. So sorry you've going through so much sending you a big hug 🤗❤️
