Zolodex Spotting

Hello, I had my 6th zolodex jab a week and a half ago and yesterday and today I've had dark spotting. Is this something I need to be concerned about? It's not lots but there also been what looks like blood clots, although nothing like what I get on my period. I did have some bleeding earlier in my zolodex journey but the nurse checked with the gp and they said it was nothing to be concerned about.

I have recently started bleeding again on Zoladex - not had a period for 4 and a half years so it was extra strange. Is there a return of pain accompanying it? I would recommend getting a vaginal scan with your gynae to look for cysts/fibroids/polyps just in case.
