Possible endometriosis return

I am 55 year old and about 11 years ago I had a hysterectomy to remove ovaries and womb but was left with cervix. I had sever endometriosis. It took me from teens to my forties to get diagnosed. My bowels were also effected. I now feel like all my symptoms have returned . Bloated painful tummy constipation painful bowel movements bowel spams. I take any thing to ease the discomfort and pain I feel like it is the same as when I was diagnosed. Has anyone had it return after been treated for it and what was the outcome?
