hello ive not been on here for a while but would be greatful to hear if anybody hs same issues.
i have been put on Diegnest and Duluxetine however over the weekend ive had severe pain and had to revert back to Amitriptyline and Dihydrocodine meaning ive been in bed
not aure what my question is but just feel theres always something going on

I've recently had the same issue with duluxetine, it also makes me unreasonably tired which is interfering with work, I am going back to the doctors in 2 weeks to review my meds and I'm going to give them my list of symptoms and issues and hopefully we can figure it out from there, I'll let you know when I have been, what he says, I am still trying to figure out what works for me at the moment, it exhausting but I've got to hope there's something that can be done
Thanks for that, sometimes you feel its in ur head but after i posted this i forgot to put on the endless tiredness is unbareable im constantly sleeping
Hey lady1978, I’m struggling with duloxetine too. I feel the side effects are massive and not felt any pain relief from it at all. My gp wants to review after six weeks. I'm struggling with brain fog and fatigue but also just started on prostrap so unsure whats impacting what if that makes sense.
I hooe things get better for you. Id say sympton diary for review. i got in there and couldnt advocate for myself or remember and wasted my gp apt,
Hello sorry to hear your experience aswell yes the brain fog as well i was getting worried i was loosing my mind
After getting swapped onto duluxotine i ended up having a mental health breakdown theres been lots going on so not completely blaming the meds but hasnt helped
Ive got hosp appt 1st sept soo going to say then to them but feel abandoned but also scared to change any further meds
