How to activate ovaries or get back period after zoladex

Hi everyone. I have the 3 month zoladex shot in Feb 2024, it’s Aug now and I still haven’t gotten my period back. I have been taking ovulation tests and I’m no ovulating. It’s super stressful as my husband and I want to TTC.

How long did it take you to ovulate or get back periods? Did you use any supplements?

Hi,

I’ve heard it varies a lot. For some it comes back right after the 3 month mark, for others it can take 6 months up to a year (I just got back on track this past 2 weeks, and I had my injection in June 2023..!)

Not sure what can be done to speed up the process, hopefully someone else has better info.
