Hello

I was just wondering if anyone had any advice about the following...

Has anyone noticed a change in brain fog and memory issues after having a hysterectomy?

hi Mel,

I haven’t had a hysterectomy myself but a colleague of mine did and had really bad brain fog afterwards, which she put down to her going through the menopause. She said she kept forgetting things all the time and started to worry because it was really affecting her day to day.

She spoke to her doctor about it and I think ended up taking hormones which seemed to help.

Hopefully someone with first hand experience will be able to share their story but I hope this has helped in some way x
