HiI'm just curious to know whether anyone else has tried the Rheal balance tonic and whether it has helped or caused a reaction.

I tried it. I didn't have any reaction but don't think it really benefited me in any way.

I started it 2 weeks ago and did feel a bit better, but then I've had a huge Endo flair up this week. I'm not sure whether the Rheal has caused it or change in hrt!

I stopped taking this when I was diagnosed as I’ve gone on an AIP diet and ashwaganda is inflammatory on this
