Hi

Just been diagnosed with adenoymiosis. Have been taking the pill back to back for about three years and stop when I have a break through bleed, but I have been bleeding for the last 8 weeks. Then it finally stopped for a week but today it’s started again and I have terrible back pain again and bloating.

Anyone have experience of this? Is this normal? I feel exhausted.

I think if you've been bleeding that long and you are getting worried it's time to go back to the doctor! There are some medications they can give to reduce bleeding - I read a book by Dr Anita Mitra called Problem Periods that listed some out if you want to read that and bring in some information with you for something to try xx
