Help! on Pro-stap, tibolone HRT brought back endo pain!? Made me so unwell - anyone relate??

pro-stap monthly injections started November without HRT. Reduced lot of the endo pain (although made my stomach issues/sensitivity to food way worse). Decided to start tibolone HRT 10 weeks into the injections and it caused awful period/endo pain, spotting, flu type symptoms on and off. Only lasted 3 weeks and GP told me to stop immediately after calling them about it, I was bed bound!

Has anyone else not been able to tolerate HRT with their injections?! 😩

im really scared to try another HRT type eg patches incase it also causes pain.

Did anyone find one type HRT helped after another didn’t or will they all do the same to me!

Really wanted to be on HRT mainly to help my stomach side but also for bones etc

I have Adenomyosis too and HRT was a nightmare for me the oestrogen made all my pain loads worse.

I think I have that too waiting for confirmation but got cysts and “irregularities” in my uterus. Did you try more than one HRT too :(? What about trying progesterone only did you try that or is combined a must x

I'm on progesterone only pill now been on it a month and a half but just had a period in a lot of pain. All hrt is oestrogen the Dr told me so it won't help me.

I'm on prostrap with no hrt, as I've found i don't need it. I'm taking vitamin d supplements instead x

Are you planning on being on prostap a long time? Did you try HRT or just know that you feel good without it so don’t want to bother x

Hi yes I'm going to stat on it until they say i can't have it anymore. And i was prescribed some hrt, but I've found I'm managing without it, so I'd rather not have it as it can cause bleeding and I've had enough problems with that. 😊
