I'm not sure if I'm allowed to promote/query commercial products here, but I've reached that stage of life and it's playing havoc with what were already bad PMS symptoms (so far). I was thinking of taking "Her and Health Perimenopause Supplement" but have been told you can't take phytoestrogen with endometriosis. I haven't asked my doctor yet, but is that so? If you have taken this supplement, has it affected your endometriosis/general health? Have you found others that help with perimenopause symptoms (worst ones for me are fatigue and joint pain), especially natural remedies.
Thank you!

I used to find magnesium helped with pmt, women are generally short of it.
Oestrogen potentially feeds Endo but not enough studies on Endo to know anything for sure.
I’d suggest asking GP for a blood test to check hormone levels, thyroid, b12, vit d etc. They hate checking hormones because there is still so much ignorance on that side of things as well. Sorry I don’t mean to sound negative but we do get the rough end of things as far as this condition goes
I'd look at a high dose of oil of primrose oil Supplements like the one you are looking at tend to have lots of vits but not high enough amounts. If you have joint pain try cutting out wheat or all grains as I found this made a difference in peri menopause. Magnesium glycinate works well for me for sleep. Cutting out alcohol was the biggest plus for me. There are some good books out there Heal endo I'd excellent and will help you a lot. Good luck x
Also if you want a really in drpth read into what supplements work then i recommend Endometriosis: A key to healing and Fertility through nutrition which explains it all and what you can take to help.
