blood sugar monitoring

I’m not diabetic, but wondering if it’s worth monitoring my blood glucose and tracking alongside endo symptoms. My own research seems to suggest it might be worthwhile.

Pretty sure nhs won’t do it if I ask my gp, but wondered if others here had tried and how they did it.

I’m reluctant to drop a stack of ££ on monitors or testing strips without seeing if someone has already done this and has any tips first…..?

Hi, I have done this and it's been very good. I read The Obesity Code first then Fasting fir Women by Megan Ramos which is great. I bought a monitor and strips and record thongs now. It helps me a lot because I can't afford ZOE and this shows me which foods raise my blood sugar. I also think endometriosis is connected to our gut and this makes me really think about it. I recently read Ultra Processed People which is a very good book. 👍 good luck. I think you'll learn a lot about yourself and it helped me lose weight x
