I’ve posted a few times so thanks to anyone who has replied before 😊
I had really extensive excision of stage 3/4 endometriosis with adenomyosis found 3 months ago. I’m really struggling with lower back pain. It gets worse around the time of ovulation and periods but it can be any time really. It can hurt down my legs almost.
I didn’t have back pain before the surgery, unless I had done a lot of walking/standing.
Did anyone else have similar issues post surgery? Does anyone know why this is? And did anything help it? I’ve started to bounce back physically and emotionally from surgery but this is lingering and getting me down.
Thanks in advance 😊 xxxxx

I had a laparoscopy for endo at the end of October and started to suffer back pain after it as well. It is pretty similar as yours - around period and ovulation. I have tried many things, but the only one that is working is yoga. I do around 30 minutes a day focusing on pelvic and lower back stretches and it works wonders.
