Bristol Endo Clinics?

Hey!

Maybe a long shot, but I’m wondering if anyone is Bristol based here, and has had any recent experience with the endo clinic in Southmead? Does anyone know what surgery wait lists are like?

Amazing thank you! I have my first appointment with them in December, but just wondering what kind of thing to expect and any info around wait times 😊 hope you hear back soon!

I was referred to them as a complex case in July, had an appointment for an hour with the gynaecologist in October, she was very thorough and even did another ultrasound on me herself while I was there. Had a really good talk through my options and I was put on the waiting list for a full hysterectomy with bowel surgeon present as everything is fused. She said it would be about a year from first referal to surgery so I'm looking at august 2024. In the mean time I was given the number for the specialist endo nurse if anything changed. I was very impressed, although it would be nice to not have to wait quité so long for the surgery.
