Stool leaking

It's been 4 years now my stool leaks,I am tired of cleaning, very bad backpain when stool leaks more,even I smell from my body,my clothes always have stool what can I do?my lower back pain is very hard to manage, please help me.my life is distributed I can't manage my routine daily tasks, please help me where can I go

Do you know why you have leaky stool?. I had this problem and only recently found out I had a rectocele which was causing it. A rectocele is a prolapsed bowel and can stop you from emptying your bowel properly thus causing stool leakage. I have started doing more pelvic floor exercises and have found that it's improving. The wait f the pelvic floor team is very long so I had to do my research and try and help myself . Have you had any bowel investigation done at all. It's awful and makes you feel so unclean. I think a good pelvic floor physio would make a huge difference for you. They'd be able to support with a diagnosis therapy and exercises. There is hope!
