Has anyone been told they have polyps in the womb and chocolate cysts on the ovary and still fallen pregnant naturally??

Hi Field, there’s a few threads on fertility uk about endometriomas. I have one. After a few years ttc I got referred for ivf. But I have heard of people falling pregnant naturally, I think the chances will be slimmer - but it is best to ask your doctor. Good luck x
