Medical negligence?

Hi,

I have a lot of confusing feelings at the moment. I've recently discovered that what I felt about my first surgery seems to be true. When I had it, I didn't feel any better afterwards and honestly felt worse, I had no idea what they'd done to me. I recently saw someone who specialises in endometriosis and they were confused my notes and inconsistent and not everything was documented. They notes say I wasn't treated for endo but I was told they cauterised. None of my images are labeled but the specialist identified what he could including endo they'd missed and told me be could see perhaps where heat treatment was applied, that it wasn't the method he would chose and that what they've done the mess they've made is the cause for my pain. The first surgeons it feels like they didn't even try and some people are saying I have a case for medical negligence I don't know, has anyone gone through this? I'm in the uk as well.
