Decapeptyl side effects

HiI have recently been diagnosed with adenomyosis and endometriosis and after hysteroscopy tge consultant suggested i try decapeptyl. So i jumped at the chance to be pain free. But since i had the injection i feel really panicky and anxious with some palpitations. Has anyone had tge same experience? Does it settle? Im only on day 2 and I had a 3 month dose 🥺

Hi, yes I felt like that, usually for a few days after then I start to settle. I’ve had the injections since Feb and it happens everytime unfortunately. I now know it’s coming and expect it but it’s never nice, hope you feel better soon, it will pass x

I promise it will pass and settle, pain can get worse initially too but I find after a week or so everything settles down and I get some relief. I’ve been Decapeptyl for almost 2 years so any questions feel free to ask xx
