Coming off the pill - any tips for dealing with endo?

Hi everyone, I've been on the pill for years now and in recent years I've had nothing but trouble with it. Constant mouth ulcers that make it near impossible to eat healthy foods because they sting my mouth, chronic insomnia with the hormone changes and weight gain.

Anyway, I work from home and have decided that I'd rather deal with the pain each month than the symptoms that come with it.

However, I've heard of some treatments in the USA that don't sound like their hormonal and was wondering if anyone here uses them?

Also, any holistic tips for pain would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I didn't get on with hormone treatment either and found an anti-inflammatory diet made a big difference to my symptoms. We all react to things differently, but for me taking wheat and sugar out my diet really helped too. Good luck.
