Post Zoladex Injections

Hi!

I've recently stopped my zoladex injections and tibolone after being on them for 2.5 years due to extreme bone pain that no one seems to know what the cause is! I was just wondering when did your periods return after stopping the zoladex after this length of time? I have previously been on zoladex for the 6 months duration and recall periods returning after around 2/3 months.

I have been experiencing the pains, dull aches in the lower back, leg pain etc but no signs of a period as of yet.

Hi I was on Zoladex for 6 years, but without the HRT as I couldn’t tolerate the side effects of it (had really bad migraines, dizziness etc) and when I came off Zoladex in March it took 8 weeks for my periods to restart. I came off it once before after only being on it 6 months and it still took 5 or 6 weeks for periods to restart, so how long you’ve been on Zoladex doesn’t seem to make much difference when it comes to the effects wearing off!
