Does anybody find with adenomyosis heat sometime aggravates the pain and makes it worse? Sometimes it helps but not others. Don't know if i have endo also.

Hi Slinks!
For some pain heat isn't helpful, it can be good to alternate between cold therapy and heat therapy, to see which has been the most effective that day. I have cold packs in the freezer and try them if the heat isn't working. Xxx
