researchers discovered that endometriosis may be linked to mental health conditions and eating disorders in women

the study which used data from approximately 270,000 women found part of a gene that’s connected to both depression and endometriosis

this research indicates that care for endometriosis may be improved by taking a Whole Health approach rather than just treating physical symptoms

“our findings support that endometriosis is a chronic systemic disease with complex links to women’s mental health rather than a classic gynecological disease”- Dr Dora Koller Yale School of Medicine

hi. I believe a Google search of the doctor cited should bring the original source up. For privacy reasons I was not able to do this directly but the source is nationally recognized in the USA and quite valid. Would not have shared otherwise. If I can locate the original article myself I will add it just didn’t have time and didn’t want to forget sharing this new info. It’s rare we hear anything new about endo.
