previously diagnosed with endo and pcos but last laparoscopy in oct2022 showed no sign of endo but still suffering with serve period/ovulation pains so gyne has prescribed Zoladex for 3 months to see if it helps had my second dose a little over a week ago and have had a painful period around the second dose being due and am still suffering in pain coming up to where my normal ovulation time would be and been having on off spotting still aswell. Is the Zoladex not working? Is this something else? I’m just so fed up of being in pain this was meant to answer what’s going on but nothings changed! Surely even if it wasn’t a gyne problem then my periods/the spotting would of still stopped??
