I'm 29 years old virgin girl. I'm a endometriosis patient from a age of 11. So I'm taken ocp pill and many of tablet for only prolonged and heavy period with huge clots. On 2018 I had laparoscopic surgery for 9 cm chocolate cyst on my right side. Last 4 years I'm taking mini pill then combination pill. Mini pill not suitable for me ( can't stop my periods).last January month my combination pill 21+21=42 was stopped then after 3 days my periods was extremely normal. So I'm happy I decided to stop my pill. My periods stop without any tablet. Yesterday period came for me with heavy bleeding and clots in my first day of periods. So I taken immediately pill in my bathroom. Today very heavy period so I taken transamic acid 500 mg 2 per day for 2 days. Why I have heavy bleeding in my first day of periods?. When I have to stop my ocp pill?. When I have normal periods? Any one face this type of problem?

The combination pill isn't very god for women with endo as the eostrogen in it can make the endo grow. The progesterne only pill does make you bleed a lot for about two months then sometimes it stops periods if not you can have a double dose (that is what gynaes usually recommend) and that will stop the bleeding but it sounds like you should have a scan and see a gynaecologist for your problems with your period. If your period stops without any pill and you are only 29 there is probably a reason for that. I think it is normal for your bleeding to be heavier on the first few days of your period but if it is super heavy you really do neeed to see a gynae. Asking questions on here can help but it can't take the place of seeinga doctor. If you have already been diagnose with endo you should just contact you GP and say your periods have gone haywire and that you neeed to see a gynaecologist. Make a fuss and say you need to be reffered or they will probably ignore you and just give you pills, you need to find out what is causing the problems not just cover up the symptoms. Wishing you very good luck.
Thanks for answering. I saw many gynecologist but all are giving to me ocp pill and doctors said you are endometriosis patient so this is the only option for you. You said you need to find out what is causing the problems not just cover up the symptoms. Please suggest if you know, any idea about my history. How to find out my problem?. Any blood test ? Or any other?
