Hi all, I’m going to reach out to my GP but wondered if anyone else has had similar symptoms.
I was diagnosed with endometriosis following a lap in 2020.
Last year I started experiencing strange episodes of feeling light headed, dizzy, nauseous and suddenly quite sweaty. It would last about 15 minutes and if I rested it would go away.
I was also waking up with what felt like a panic attack. At the time I blamed duloxetine so I slowly came off of these. I then stopped nefopam and moved to pregabalin and found these episodes/attacks stopped.
Unfortunately last night I had another episode whilst at the theatre. I now have an Apple Watch so when I started to feel strange I checked my heart rate and it was 134 but I’d been sat down for over an hour. I started to feel really tired and sick. When I checked my heart rate it had dropped to 72. I eventually had to leave and found sitting outside in the cold stopped the symptoms. I’ve checked my logs and at one point my heart dropped to 44.
It was quite scary as I had been feeling relatively well, enjoying the show then felt like I was going to faint in a very public place!

Hey, I have experienced this too, but it's when I'm at peak pain and heaviness. Doesn't tend to happen randomly. And usually results in me passing out. I always just put it down to the intensity of the pain and losing alot of blood. Not sure what it means medically. When I've mentioned to doctors that I'm passing out they usually don't take much notice! Hope it helps to know that others share similar experiences of this. X
Thanks for replying. It’s always helped to know I’m not alone in the symptoms I get. Doctors have been useless since my last op because I’m overweight.
hello, I also had a laparoscopy in 2020 which confirmed severe endometriosis, fibroids, chocolate cysts. I get the exact same symptoms on a regular basis, that can come on at any time. Night or day. I put it down to the mixture of meds I’ve been on over the past few years??? So sick of feeling this way! Dizzy, light headed, nauseous, sweaty, cold, clammy, which results in me feeling even more fatigue than I already do. Your not alone x
134 is on the high side so definitely worth speaking to your GP, have you had any checks on your heart? Could be related to that or blood pressure, I have it too where I've been sitting but my heart rate is high its a horrible feeling! X
