I've been using the clue app to track symptoms for the last couple of years, but they've updated the app and it lost the ability to make tags for different symptoms not on their list.
I still want to track to see patterns and if there is anything that triggers my symptoms. Partly for me, and partly to show at appointments with doctors.
Do any of you use a journal or tracker for this? Any recommendations of journals to buy, or ways of tracking? I want it to be quick and easy once its set up so I'm more likely to stick to it.

I use Glow I used Clue previously but found Glow much more useful because it links to my Samsung Health app and watch. I pay for the premium version, which gives me health insights and access to charts that I can print and take to appointments. It doesn't allow custom symptoms either, but it does have a notes section which I utilise when needed.
I also make written notes in my day to day diary, so I can flip through those. But Glow is my biggest help, it helps me see when flares can trigger and what symptoms are likely to be worst. It's quite clever it actually warned me about endometriosis before my diagnosis!
I bought a really nice endometriosis symptom tracker from Etsy. It lets you track your symptoms, pain relief methods, exercise, food and periods but I also use the Lucy app which is free to download - I heard about it on the Endometriosis UK IG as the symptoms we input are actually being use to help with endometriosis research!
