Do any of you use a symptom tracker app or website? I am seeing an Endometriosis specialist in December for the first time (I managed to get a re-referral after my first gynae was a bit clueless) and I want to be armed with as much data surrounding my symptoms as possible. I have tried the old fashioned pen and paper but that fell foul of my brain fog (forgetting to write in it) and fatigue (couldn't summon the energy to detail my symptoms).
Thanks in advance!

Hi, I use the period log app. It's a pretty good way to keep track. You can create a personal symptom list, so mine are all about different kinds of pain. You can also get it to alert you to expect pain based on your history. I haven't been caught short of painkillers since using it.
Fatigue is one of the symptoms you can rate on a three point scale. Might be helpful?
The app is somewhat geared towards tracking fertility, which personally doesn't interest me. It would be nice if there was one more focussed on endo, but I haven't found one.
The app Clue is amazing, it allows you to track periods, pain, mood, sleep and lots more. You can also track any contraception you use and add your own tags for certain symptoms you may have that there isn't a tracking option for. I have used it in a few meetings with my doctor and its been really useful for answering her questions about my periods/symptoms.

I use an iPhone app called My pain diary - Gold Edition (purple and orange logo) which costs about £5 (one off). It was helpful for me to see patterns and because I can store photos of how swollen I get I could show my doctor. You can customise the metrics you wanna use (I use it for my ME too) and it produces a report which is free to give your doctor/consultant x
