Laxido

I have constipation and took 2 sachets of Laxido today. I did pass some stool but a very minimal amount. However when I went to clear my backside there was a lot of cleaning to be done so obviously some stool must of got trapped coming out. Any ideas.

I find that laxido takes hours for it to come out of me 🤮so you will probably go to the toilet a few times. It’s so messy, tmi but I find that a lot of water like fluid escapes too x

Yes it is taking hours to come out when I was constipated before it started to come out in about 1-2 hours

I always find it’s key to ensure using any bulking agent that enough water is taken on board. So if you do a pint for the bulking agent fluid then the equivalent in water needs to be taken on board too.

For the longest time I under estimated how much water I needed day to day and once I got that improved constipation has been far less of a bug bear. I was recommended 4 litres per day but find that 3 sees me well catered for. Hope things improve xxx
