Neck pain/ spasms from endometriosis

Hi all,Just wondered if anyone is suffering from neck pain/ spasms which could be related to endometriosis?

Once I turned 40, I started to get neck pain and sometimes spasms. I can't always turn my head without pain. I get horrible back pain too. I had an mri years ago and told I have degeneration of a lower facet joint in neck but I've just read about diaphragmatic endometriosis. Has anyone had this diagnosed ?

I am taking meds for the neck pain and anxiety but I just wondered if this is another symptom of endo.
