I've just had my first laparoscopy and whilst nothing was found/removed they said they could see evidence of healed lesions. I was just out of surgery so I can't fully remember what was said, but it was to do with a wall somewhere being too thin.
I didn't know this was possible and also can't really find anything online about it. Has anyone experienced this? As far as I was aware endo can't heal by itself.
I have been on the combined pill for a while and found this pretty effective for managing pain (because the pill has worked I was only expecting them to find something mild).
But yes, if anyone has experience of this, let me know!

Really interested in your post as I recently experienced something a bit similar.
So I had my first lap just over a month ago. The surgeon removed a couple of “odd looking” pieces of tissue which were sent for biopsy. The results came back that there were no signs of endo, it was just scar tissue.
The consultant’s explanation was that it could have been a mild case of endometriosis which had resolved itself. (I didn’t know this was possible either). I am still wondering if I even had endo or if it was something else.
So, it’s not exactly the same as your case. I would just mention that the combined pill was good for controlling my pain symptoms too.
I’d be really interested to hear if other people had similar experiences of endo apparently resolving itself.
