bowel adhesions

hi does anyone else have problems with bowel adhesions causes small bowel obstructions originally because of endometriosis, been struggling since the age of 17 , I’m now 40 and feel no closer to getting any answers

I have a twisted bowel but that’s all I’ve been told along with adhesions all over my tummy from various endo surgeries including a hysterectomy. I find it really difficult to avoid constipation so I eat chia seeds, flax seeds and nuts to keep me in some sort of regular movements. It gets so painful sometimes as I can go days without and then go loads. So worn down with the pains etc I don’t think I have the energy for more surgeries but it’s just so tiring isn’t it x

It really is , I had 2 bowel obstructions last year both leading to Laparotomies, so fed up and tired and now I’m on the list again for more surgery for adhesions and scar tissue, this can’t be the life we are expected to live, everyday waking up in pain just trying to cope because there are no other options x
