Feel rundown

Does anyone else get feelings like you’re fighting off a virus? I’ve been getting horrible waves of fatigue this week and my body has just felt rundown like it’s fighting off something. I’m prone to allergies and eczema but I felt so rundown I actually took a covid test just in case although I’ve had covid and I didn’t have any of the telltale symptoms I had then. It came back clear.

Just wondering if anyone else gets like this?

Yup, similar, and usually have a cold sore that comes and go as another sign of being run down… though this weekend PMS has started, and it’s worse than it has been in a while. Was thinking I should do a covid test today too though - throat abit sore too (but could be allergies!)

I get this pretty much every month! The run up to my periods I always feel run down - get mouth ulcers, bit of a sore throat, super tired etc.

Once the period comes and the horror of the first couple of days then I start to feel better.

I just try to make sure I’m eating well and take my probiotics. Hope your feeling better soon!x
